According to the Enneagram, I’m classified as “The Achiever”.  The Achiever is defined as someone who is success-oriented and pragmatic; adaptable, excelling, driven and image-conscious. I find all of the above to be very true in my work and family life.

I’m the first-time mom living in New Jersey and working in Manhattan.  I have an awesome husband who also works full time and is the day care “dropper-offer”, “picker-upper”, and after work entertainer until I get home.  I love what I do, both raising a family and being a marketing professional.  

The decision to go back to work after the birth of my daughter was not an easy one but one that was necessary.  It has had its up and downs and I take everyday as it comes and head-on.

I hope that this blog serves as an inspiration for all moms or just a place where you can say “wow, I can totally relate.” I believe that it’s our job as mothers to support one another whether work or stay-at-home.  I’m looking forward to sharing with and hearing from all of you!
